Hello! I’ve got three cards for you today! I’m using lots of Plush Paper/Flock and the new Penguin Pals set… but it’s not just for winter/Christmas cards! I started off with this one that would be great for Valentines Day or any time you want to tell someone you love them!

I started off with a black piece of cardstock die cut with a stitched rectangle die. I added some Deco Foil Transfer Gel over the top with the Heartfelt Stencil from Gina K. I set it aside to dry and worked on assembling a bunch of penguins.

These cuties are so easy to put together and there are so many options. I love using the Plush Paper for them for some extra texture.

When the Transfer Gel was dry, I laid a sheet of Ruby Red Flock over the top.. fuzzy side connecting with the gel, and ran it through my Gina K Fuse Laminator. This laminator works great! It’s sold out right now, but be sure to request to be notified when it’s back in stock!

I also cut that pretty Heart Circle die from the Ruby Red to use as a frame/backdrop for my cute little penguins.

I popped them up onto the circle with some Gina K Foam Squares and then added my sentiment.

I die cut the Heart die from some Deco Foiled Toner paper and added it to a white strip so it would stand out. The little coordinating sentiment is from the Mini Heart stamp set. And finally… check out those tiny hearts I added to the love birds! They were bonuses from cutting out the heart circle… and of COURSE I kept them all.

Then I created a Fall themed coffee card! Did you know that right now the Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog Hop is going on?! And Therm O Web is a sponsor! Be sure to check it out and you can start right here on the Therm O Web blog by heading over to the Hop Day 1 post from November 3rd!

I used another background created with a ink blended panel, some Transfer Gel and this time Neon Pink Flock. The leaf stencil is from Newton’s Nook. I cut the frame from the same flock and popped it up onto the background using an Avery Elle die set that is retired, but I have a link below to one I found available (if it still is!).

I dressed my cuties up in pink and plaid and added some little coffee cups and a coffee pot from a really necessary to have Rubbernecker Stamps die set. And all I needed as the perfect sentiment from the Gina K Perfect Blend stamp set onto a word bubble die cut.

And for my third card, I decided a fun card that could be for New Years or any other celebration would be fun! I started by adding some white Glitz Glitter Gel to a cardstock panel using the fabulous stencil from the Penguin Pals Card Kit.

I dressed up my penguins for a party cutting a hat, bows (from gold glittery foiled toner paper) and glasses for them using dies from the card kit and also a cute set from Impression Obsession. I also cut some houses from a Gina K die set from foiled toner paper for my scene.

I used another fun Glitter Dust Deco Frame from Therm O Web and added snowy hills using Plush Paper and then added my houses, some trees, and finally those adorable partying penguins.

I decided some drinks would be perfect! I took out the Cheers Adhesive Transfers, cut out the glass(es) I wanted, peeled off one side of protective sheet and adhered it to a small piece of clear acetate. You’ll want to run it through a die cutting machine for pressure. Then peel off the spent sheet leaving the adhesive on the acetate.

Lay your foil over the adhesive and run it through again. Then voila! When you peel the foil sheet off, your glittery goodness sticks to the adhesive. I fussy cut out each glass and adhered it to my penguins’ wings.

Too cute, right?? Well, it’s making me giggle anyway.

Finally I added the sentiment using the Cheers Adhesive Transfers in the same way. I hid some thin pop up foam behind the letters to pop it up so it would be easier to read and I love the way the Glitter Gel shapes show through.

I can’t pick a favorite! I love them all! I think next I might make a tropical one! I know it’s not that time of year here, but I’m sure it’s beach weather somewhere in the world and I can’t stop thinking about it!
