Thread a piece of chicken onto a skewer, followed by a piece of peach. Repeat alternating chicken and peaches until you use up all the skewers and chicken.

Servings 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts, diced
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 2 T Sesame Oil
- 1 T Garlic, minced
- 2 t Ginger paste
- 6 T Soy Sauce
- 6 T Honey
- 2 T Sesame Seeds
- Salt and Pepper
- 5 Peaches, peeled and diced
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds.
Pour 3/4 of marinade over chicken. Reserve remaining marinade for later.
Cover and marinade for 1 hour.
Soak skewers in water for 1 hour.
Thread chicken and peaches onto skewer, alternating until chicken is gone.
Cook 3-8 minutes per side on grill.
Remove from grill.
Sprinkle with chives.
Enjoy!
