I, PET GOAT II Analysis - Part 2 - Concerning Events (2024)

This part of the film gives background information on what has been going on in the world and the threats lurking in the shadows.

1:42 Zooming out, burning schoolhouse - In the first few frames of the zoom out, you can see that the authors made a special effort to make sure the burning school building was clearly visible through the window. To do this, they had to specifically make a hole in the fog on the window so you could see the burning school. This deliberate detail helps point out how important the idea of the schools burning was. The schools are under attack and they want you to really understand that.

1:46 Psalms 23 - On the wall to the left of the window appears Psalms 23 from the bible1.

1:47 Clock at midnight - Clock on clock tower shows midnight — GO TIME.

1:47 Torn Flag - An allusion to the United States being torn apart and being carried off into the distance by the wind. This indicates that the country is being destroyed.

The part of the flag that is torn off is all red and white stripes. George Washington is said to have said that the white stripes represented freedom from Britain. The red and white are said to stand for innocence & purity (white) and hardiness and valor (red). This imagery says that these qualities are being stripped from the US.2

1:52 Fence barbed wire - The barbed wire, tilted outward, is to keep people out. This is a hint that those who control the schools want to keep parents out of the classroom, so they can get away with sexualized grooming and the indoctrination of the children.

1:55 Twin Towers burning - The Twin Towers first appear in the background burning, but notice the authors chose deliberately to not show planes hitting them. I believe this is because no planes hit the Twin Towers and imagery we have all seen had plane visuals artificially added both in real-time and afterward. I believe this will emerge as the truth in the future.

2:01 Twin Towers collapse - The Twin Towers collapse — very accurately, I might add, right down to the leading horizontal puffs caused by the explosives necessary to affect the controlled demolition.

2:04 Military dives off a cliff - The military spins around, turns its back on the tower catastrophe and immediately does a swan dive off a cliff.

Many who have analyzed this character assumed it was Native American because of the peripheral symbolism — the way the character danced or the objects around it. Nothing about this character is Native American except the Racoon tails, but there are several other features that are definitely not Native American. The fundamental outfit of this character is a skin-tight uniform with a modern, glowing emblem on the front — like a Star Trek uniform, or — wait for it — Space Force. In my opinion, it is no accident that Space Force is relevant to today given the overall message of this film.

How do we know this is the military? What kind of military? Whose military? There is very peculiar bar on this character’s head which is clearly deliberate and is only there to have meaning:

Although in this screen capture it isn’t very clear, this bar is red on the outside, has dark red, white and blue vertical lines and a light orange center. Geometrically, it does not match any existing military service ribbons I could find. However, there are two military service ribbons that are similar, but different. If you combine them, you would end up with the bar on the military’s head. These two ribbons are the national defense service ribbon and the honorable discharge service ribbon. I believe this bar was designed to refer to both, implying that the character is referring to honorable military personnel who are defending the nation. Heady stuff!

The feather may indicate that the United States military is leading the other militaries around the world.

This character is also blue, like “boys in blue” — an allusion to the police, and is wearing a uniform with a fairly modern looking star in the middle of its chest. This alludes to an official thing, like the military.

The Raccoon tails affixed to the sides of this character’s moccasin boots show “anonymity in circ*mstances that demand it, allowing you to hide your true identity or intentions from the world.”3 This is an incredible hint — the military is hiding what it is actually doing!

The military is always shown with a mask until the last scene in which the military appears. You wear a mask when you’re acting. You are active when you are acting. The military was acting, even during 9/11/2001! It is possible the military operation we’ve been seeing was active before 9/11/2001!

2:07 Anubis boat - The Human Spirit’s feet are first seen in a foggy enclosed chamber in the Anubis boat. Anubis is seen as a bridge between life and death, who escorts souls to be judged by their character. Anubis is the lord of the underworld and protector of the graves4 — essentially, the boat represents the bloodlines who are providing a vehicle to protect the legacies of their forefathers — good people. I believe these people see it as their duty to protect Humanity. They are the opposite of the criminals who rule the world with evil.

Before we can reach the brighter future, we must pass through a period of darkness (evil.) Explaining this is really what “I, pet goat II” is all about.

2:12 River of darkness - The river through which the Anubis boat travels may be symbolic of a mythical (or real?) underground river that is thought to be related to the Holy Grail (Davidic) bloodlines — descendants of Jesus. The legend says that there exists a hidden underground river in southern Europe or the northern middle east whose exit to the surface is guarded by a skull.5 Whether this river physically exists or not doesn't matter — the symbolism is what is important. The story itself is a metaphor for the Davidic bloodliness (descendants of Jesus) having gone into hiding in order to avoid being murdered by the Romans in order to reduce the threat to the massive power wielded by the Catholic church.

I believe the dark river scenes refer to this same symbolism — the benevolent rulers (possibly members of the Davidic bloodlines and allies) are continuing their journey underground (hidden) in order to escort Humanity into a brighter future (the light.)

2:18 Osama Bin Laden - Shown clearly conjuring up evil, easily identifiable Osama Bin Laden wears a CIA patch on his chest. Osama Bin Laden’s real name may be Tim Osman.6 Also prominent but difficult to notice, Bin Laden has black wings. This shows Bin Laden is an angel (messenger) of evil and death. He is shown conjuring evil things, which fits perfectly into this motif.

Behind Bin Laden, an army of soldiers, carrying swords are actually bombs in uniform. Each soldier appears to have one eye, which is likely our familiar one-eye symbolism of evil illumination. I believe this refers to the military industrial complex — the wars conjured by characters like Bin Laden are worth a fortune to the military industrial complex, and that’s just how they like it.

There is a reddish crescent moon in the sky, emblematic of Islam, but inverted. The Islam here is a counterfeit created to make money and control people. Muslims are not the enemy of the west — the evil rulers of the world are!

The Bin Laden scene happens in between the Twin Towers collapse and the next scene highlighting oil (energy), which indicates that the CIA was highly involved in orchestrating the 9/11 attacks largely because of oil!

The upside-down fire in Bin Laden’s beard may represent the Muslim belief of Jahannam: the version of Hell that exists in the hearts of men.78

2:20 Oil Derricks - Immediately after the Twin Towers collapse and Bin Laden, we are shown a scene with oil derricks in the distance. This associates the attacks with oil and energy production. In other words, the oil industry was a primary reason behind the 9/11 attacks. It is all about money, power and control. Surprise!

2:24 Oil Pollution - The river of oil coming from the distance shows that oil is not a rare substance at all — oil scarcity is a lie. Oil is the second most plentiful liquid on Earth, and it is not a “fossil fuel” — it is formed in the mantle by a geological process. It is not based on decayed biological matter!9

Oil pollutes the environment, which is supposed to be a bad thing, except when those who own the oil companies can make more money.

Twin Towers collapse (9/11), the CIA and the oil interests are all tied together in one of the biggest scams ever to be perpetrated on Humanity.

2:28 Lady Helotry - The Heliofant website gallery page states that this character represents slavery and serfdom, which is very powerful.

The statue of Liberty is shown from above, with a Star of David at the base, indicating that Israel is involved with the slavery and serfdom imposed on the United States. The Statue of Liberty is a symbol of that slavery and serfdom rather than the symbol of freedom we’ve all been taught in school.10

2:30 Lady Helotry arm falls - The arm holding the torch breaks off and falls, implying that Israel’s system of imposing slavery and serfdom is breaking.

2:32 Egg fetus - A Human fetus is shown inside an egg, which a snake is coiling around.

This symbolism is closely related to the Orphic Egg:

The Orphic Egg symbolism is cryptic11 and only indirectly relevant by itself. When combined with the fact that there’s a Human inside (nonstandard Orphic Egg symbolism) and the behavior of Drako (see next section), the meaning becomes clearer: Those who rule the world are very focused on controlling, tracking, manipulating and essentially owning every Human being on the planet through whatever means are necessary, and they want to do it starting at conception. They do this largely through the use of drugs, lies, force and distraction — propaganda.

2:37 Drako studying carefully - Drako (the banking cabal) studies the process of reproduction as carefully as possible. Science with an emphasis on weaponizing the control of behavior. Watching everyone gives these criminals as much information as possible about how to indoctrinate and manipulate people in order to maximize their vulnerability to schemes to make money and increase Drako’s power. Power and control for Drako is the reason behind gruesome programs like the CIA’s MKULTRA.12

The close-up of the one eye in this clip highlights the one-eye symbolism — these bankers are behind the overall control of the Human population. These are the core of the evil rulers.

Drako has skin like a snake or lizard - scales. This is a reference to Satanism, whose adherents believe that Cain was the result of Eve procreating with the serpent in the Garden of Eden.13 Since they have some serpent DNA, you may sometimes hear them called lizard people. Drako’s eye is not a Human eye - the iris is shaped like a slit, which is also that of a reptile. Once again, this is a reference to Satanism.

Under Drako’s eyes is seen the Latin phrase ORDO AB CHAO, which means “order from chaos.” This is also a favorite Satanistic saying — the Satanist system thrives in chaos. It is also one of the oldest mottos of Freemasonry.

2:39 Clear one-eye Anubis symbolism - The one-eye symbolism is front-and-center as the Anubis boat approaches the viewer. This is the left eye, but I’m not sure that matters here. I think the authors are just reinforcing the whole one-eye symbolism.14

2:41 Human Spirit watching - For the first time, we are introduced to the Human Spirit - the combined ability of Humanity to reach self-enlightenment. The Heliofant site defines this character as the Fire of Truth. The flame seen burning here symbolizes truth. It is worth noting here that the amount of fire (truth) on and in this character increases over time until it is full of truth toward the end of the film.

Inserted here, the authors want to remind us that with each new topic introduced, the Human Spirit is passing through time, becoming aware of the topics and learning. This implies that those escorting us through this process are also aware.

2:45 Human Spirit enlightenment - A closeup of the forehead of the Human Spirit shows the rays of illumination pointing upward with the eye of enlightenment. The Human Spirit is sleeping. People have been so dumbed down by the indoctrination and manipulation (lies) of the rulers for so long that Humanity is unable to see the real world. We need to awaken by learning the truth about the world we live in.

If you look closely, you can see a head band of barbed wire, restricting Humanity’s ability to become enlightened. This becomes important later on.

The Pineal gland1516 is very important for proper brain function and the eye on the Human Spirit’s forehead is intentionally placed directly over the Pineal gland. This is no accident — this is the proper place for an eye of enlightenment. This is related to Hindu and Jain women often display a Bindi -- a prominent dot in this position.

The rulers have made a focused effort to do everything they can to reduce the healthy function of the peoples’ Pineal glands in order to reduce their ability to become wiser and more enlightened. Having an unhealthy Pineal gland causes major depressive and bipolar disorders, making people mentally ill.17

2:56 Drako - The banking cabal manipulates the population as much as possible, as shown by the snake being implanted into the head of Ludovic (the world population.) The floating television symbolizes the media and all mainstream media sources, saturating the minds of the people with information that keeps them fearful.

2:55 Ludovic on drugs - Ludovic’s clothing is a Roman tunic, symbolizing citizens of western civilization. Yellow shows people are generally creative, cheerful and intelligent. The yellow is dripping down his front (and back), showing that naturally, these qualities are plentiful in people — they are dripping with them. The rulers keep people dumbed down and incapable of effective resistance or understanding with a diet of constant mental abuse, misinformation and mis-education. Big pharma and street drug dealers keep the population doped up and incapable of normal, healthy thought via drugs.

3:00 Ludovic saturated with terror - The media is used to put out a stream of propaganda that teaches everyone that they should always be afraid. This fear distracts the populations and persuades them to make unwise decisions that maintain and expand the rulers’ power. This propaganda creates the illusion of a legitimate system, but in reality, the game is rigged in every possible way and the rulers always prevail. When you are afraid, you expend time and effort on how to eliminate the threat causing the fear. But if the fear is artificial, you are wasting your time and making bad decisions.

You have probably heard the expression: “fear is the mind killer.” It is much easier to win a game when you can convince your opponents to constantly think about something other than playing the game. The easiest way to accomplish this is to keep your opponents frightened of things that aren’t real, so they waste their time fighting windmills!18

3:02 Aircraft bomb mosque - Three aircraft bomb a mosque with a missile. The noses of the aircraft have a small separation which makes them have the shape of a truncated pyramid, which could be a hidden hand or Illuminati reference. Two of the aircraft have two lights while one has three lights, which could be a 322 reference alluding to the Skull and Bones society19, which is very involved in the tricks of the hidden rulers.

The single missile strikes the mosque causing a large explosion, which expels five projectiles. There are also five organically shaped obelisks to the right of the mosque. These may be a reference to the five pillars of Islam, most likely the Sunni pillars.20

3:05 Crescent moon spire falls - Viewed from above, the spire falls. This may refer to the threat of Al Qaeda and Isis being largely disabled during Trump’s term as President.

Swallows fly out of the mosque, symbolizing many positive things having to do with change.21 I believe this is trying to communicate that with the threat of Islamic terrorism gone, the population develops more mental energy to focus on these things.

3:10 Human Spirit burns moth - The white moth symbolizes hope, rebirth and the cycle of life. The Human Spirit touches it and burns it away, signaling that hope of eliminating the evil environment is lost. There is no normal way to change the situation. I believe this means there is no way to solve the problem except through the use of a covert military operation.

3:12 Military takes a huge hit - Immediately after the white moth burns (and therefore closely related), the military is shown being pushed back with a red light, showing the military took a huge hit. This sequence is very short — less than 1.5 seconds (40 frames) and it is easy to forget about and miss completely.

Something happened and I’m not quite sure what, but I suspect it may have to do with Edward Snowden’s release about NSA data collection, the CIA Vault 7 data releases and the Guccifer hacker. This could also be something we’re generally unaware of.

Notice the military is masked and very sad in this clip. They’re still acting. Anything about this message could be misinformation, except that the environment is red — not the military. So something very bad happened that pushed the military back.

Regardless of the cause, the military took significant damage and it is related to the population losing hope of a civilized resolution to the evil.

One thing is for sure, though, and that is that the military is the only way forward. Perhaps this is why many people online have been talking about the military being involved in something we’re not fully aware of.

3:14 Black Madonna / The Magdalene - Pietà translates to “image of Mary Magdalene with dead Jesus in lap.” This image symbolizes the bloodline of Jesus — the descendants of King David — watching from the sidelines.

The vial in Mary’s hand symbolizes poison as is indicated by the brightly lit mushroom cloud passing perfectly behind it. The enlightened rulers know about the plans to use bio-weapons against the population. They weep because they know how tragic this notion is. I believe the vial is directly referring to to COVID-19 and the vaccines, both of which are bio-weapons developed by the bad guys and funded by the United States tax payer. There may also be other bio-weapons of which we are not yet aware.

Another possible meaning for the vial is that it could easily be a reference to Adrenochrome22, which is purple.23

This imagery also implies a mother and a wounded or apparently dead child — perhaps this is planting the notion that the children are the main targets.

3:20 Dung beetle (scarab) - The child is shown close-up with a scarab (dung beetle) crawling over his face. The scarab symbolizes divine manifestation and the rising sun god24, which makes sense as this boy is a descendant of Jesus or representative of the Davidic bloodline. I believe this helps define this character as the truth about the death of Jesus, which we will see further clarified later on.

This short clip is warning about the future use of bio-weapons on the population of the world.

3:23 Gender army - Perhaps the most unsettling clip (rightfully so) in all of “I, pet goat II,” we see Claddagh Girl aside an AK-47 rifle, twitching and turning her head slowly to look at us. She presents as female because she has adolescent enlarged breasts, a pearl necklace and a barrette - a Claddagh design (below.) She also dons tribal war paint and has her finger on the trigger of the AK-47, as if prepared to kill. She appears to be black with the hair of a black African girl — or is it a boy? I believe there is a component of gender dysphoria intended here. This may be related to the recent (and shocking) trend of pushing gender ambiguity in today’s youth — to weaken society.

She is pregnant — that’s what the object in front of her is with the pink bow tied around it. She is in a very odd position.

She is also heavily abused as is evidenced by the scars and wounds on her left arm.

The barrette is potent — it is based on the design of a Claddagh ring, which is a traditional Irish ring.

Richard Joyce created the Claddagh ring design. He was abducted by Algerians and enslaved at a young age in the late 1600’s. Fortunately, a release was arranged for all slaves by King William III and Joyce was freed. Upon return, he created the Claddagh ring. I believe this history of abduction and slavery is why the barrette symbolism was used here — Joyce was an abducted, abused slave.

The Claddagh ring has a heart for love, a crown for loyalty and hands for friendship. This barrette has no hands, implying that friendship means nothing here. The heart and crown implies that her love is for her master. The crown symbolizes love — unconditional loyalty to her master, or in this case, handler.

After some image enhancement, we can see the upside-down red cross on the chest of the adult in the image below. This individual is a Satanist and what we’re seeing is pure evil.

The adult character is an MKULTRA mind control programmer — the girl’s handler. Notice the skull and bones image on his right arm. Wearing only underwear hints at the sexual abuse these victims endure. This is a very dark subject and at first may be difficult for some to believe. Proving this is real is beyond the scope of this document, but I leave this single footnote as proof that it is quite real.25 One of many goals of MKULTRA is to create mind control slaves — super spies — who carry out all orders, no matter how horrific and with no regard to the slaves' well-being. This is how many false flag attacks (like think school shootings) are accomplished. The mind control slaves represented by Claddagh Girl are victims, but very dangerous, mentally ill people. They’re like robots, as this short clip depicts. Because of their conditioning, they can do many things healthy people cannot do.

The Satanist slowly unties the pink bow around the child’s pregnant belly. Just before it is untied, the child’s eyes flicker. At the moment the bow is untied, the child’s eyes go completely dark and the scene cuts. I believe this is a symbolic reference to the child’s life meaning absolutely nothing — life means nothing to this child anymore.

The motif of this scene is also different from the rest of the film in that the background water is rougher than any other scene and the ice around the subjects is intentionally fractured. This is an indicator of just how distorted the content of this scene is.

Once you understand it, this short clip is by far the most terrifying in “I, pet goat II.” The bad guys have created an army of mentally ill, gender bent, abused mind control slaves who will kill en masse. The intended use is terrorism. 3:28 Lotus flower drops into goo - Immediately after the pink bow around the pregnant belly of Claddagh Girl is untied, the scene cuts and we see a lotus flower appear floating along a river of green goo. I believe this flower may be symbolic of the life that was taken from Claddagh Girl — or even more generally, life disappearing.

3:32 Pepito drowning - Symbolic of the workers of the world — Pepito is shown drowning in this green goo, emblematic of all of the difficulties imposed by the corrupt system in which we live.

The hammer and sickle in the scene are references to the notion of communism and socialism, which is the system being forced on everyone by the hidden rulers. Clearly, this system isn’t working and it is making it impossible for any normal person to have a life worth having. The specific group in question is the younger families as Pepito has a tattoo on his left arm with hearts and the name Juanita, which means “God’s gift.”27 Pepito has a good sweetheart, but they’re drowning in problems.

The hammer and sickle are both cracked. The hammer represents the working class and the sickle represents peasants. The peasants are sinking faster than the working class.28

The green color of the goo here may be a reference to green policies. If so, then Pepito is drowning as a result of absurd policies borne out of climate hysteria.29
