Your company can white label FleetCommander so your users see your logo, links and text. Your drivers can check in and out vehicles with the self-checkout kiosks. If you only want to grant this option to certain drivers, such as those who’ve passed a specific training, you can do that too.

FleetCommander offers many of the same services as other providers, such as location tracking, a free trial and cost reports. Where it shines is its volume of reports and rightsizing optimization. Neither FleetCommander nor ARI Fleet Management lists their pricing online (they require a call with sales teams), whereas RoadWarrior provides its pricing upfront.
With FleetCommander, if you can’t find the data you need among its 60-plus reports, create your own from thousands of other options. This is one of the most robust reporting features we’ve come across. The only issues causing a lower score for FleetCommander were its lack of transparent pricing and ease of use.
