These Easter Bunny templates will help you get started on your Easter decorations for craft projects this year. I have created two different sized Easter Bunny patterns that would be perfect for a wide variety of creative and festive projects.

Free Printable Small Easter Bunny Template

The small Easter Bunny template is sized to fit onto a standard 8.5×11 inch piece of paper or cardstock. For the very best quality, I would definitely recommend printing the templates on to cardstock.

Once the Easter Bunnies have been cut out, they will measure approximately 3.5 inches wide. 4 bunnies will print per page.

How to use the small pattern to create cupcake toppers:

First, print out the Easter Bunny pattern onto an 8.5×11 inch piece of cardstock.

If you are using the templates as a pattern, cut out the cardstock bunny and then trace onto your desired paper. Depending on the type and thickness of your cardstock, and the kind of printer you have, you might even be able to print them onto the final paper instead.

An important note, if you are printing the templates directly onto patterned or textured paper, I would suggest that you print on the back side of the page. This way, when you go to cut out the Easter Bunnies, you won’t see any of the guidelines.Easter Bunny Template - Free Printable Bunny Pattern (3)Easter Bunny Template - Free Printable Bunny Pattern (4)

After the Easter Bunnies are printed and cut out, you can then tape small lollipop sticks or toothpicks to the back of the template and then stick them into the tops of the cupcakes. Just make sure that the cupcakes are frosted first before adding the toppers!

How to make an Easter hanging banner:

If you love creating your own party decorations, this craft would be perfect for your upcoming party!

The first step is to print out the small templates onto colored cardstock, patterned or textured paper. Next, you will need to purchase one of these cute premade hanging banners.

Alternatively, you could also make the banner yourself by hand with a large roll of burlap.

After you have the Easter Bunnies cut out, you can then hot glue them to the banner. Simply hang the banner up along a mantle or a wall and you now have a fun festive Easter decoration you can be proud of!

Here are a couple of other fun ways that you can use the small Easter Bunny template:

Gift or Favor Tags
If you are throwing an Easter or Spring themed party or event this year, you might have small gifts for favors that you will be sending your guests home with. You can print out the Easter Bunnies and then write a name or short message on them before attaching the tags to the gift.

Another option would be to download the pdf bunny template and then upload it to a design program such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.com (Canva is a free alternative to Photoshop). Once in one of those programs, you could easily add your own customized text, print them out and then attach to a gift and use as favor tags.

You can use the Easter Bunnies as table numbers.
These patterns would also make great decor as table numbers at your Easter or Spring themed party or event.

First, download the templates to your computer and then either hand write or use a design program (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.com) to add the table numbers onto the center of the bunnies.

Then, you can use table number stands to stick the bunnies onto. This would really be such a cute way to add a personal touch to your Easter event this year.

Free Printable Large Easter Bunny Template

The large Easter Bunny template is sized to fit onto a standard 8.5×11 inch piece of paper or cardstock. For the very best quality, I would highly recommend printing them out onto cardstock if you have some available. Once you cut the Easter Bunny out, it will measure approximately 8 inches wide.

You can use the large Easter Bunny template to easily create classroom decorations.

If you’re looking for a festive way to decorate your classroom this Spring, these large Easter Bunny patterns would be the perfect way to spruce things up a bit!

First, print out the bunny template onto a standard 8.5×11 inch piece of paper or cardstock. Depending on how thick the paper you choose is and what kind of printer you have, you might even be able to print out the template onto the final piece of paper.

If you are printing onto a patterned or textured paper, I would recommend printing onto the backside of the page. This way, when you go to cut the Easter Bunny out, you won’t see any of the template lines showing through.

You could use purple construction paper or this fun sparkly pink cardstock would look pretty cool as well!

Stick the Easter Bunnies to a bulletin board, classroom door or wall. And if you are a teacher, it might be fun to have all of your students write their names or decorate the Easter bunnies before hanging them up to display.

How to use the large Easter Bunny pattern as a coloring page:

There are a lot of fun projects you can do with these bunny patterns. You could have your children or students glue pom poms onto the page, add some stickers, glitter or stamps.

If you have younger kids, the Easter Bunny template would make a great holiday themed base for them to color in as they please!

Favorite Printable Supplies:

These are a few of my favorite supplies that I use for printable games and activities:

  • White Cardstock: For most projects, I recommend printing onto cardstock. It is much more durable than standard printer paper and often produces a higher quality print.
  • Crayons: A staple in any crafting household. Crayola is always the top notch choice!
  • Kid Friendly Safety Scissors: These are perfect for little kids learning how to use scissors. They cut paper but not fingers or hair!
  • Glue Sticks: These disappearing purple glue sticks are by far my favorite! I love buying them in bulk since we use them so often!
  • Lamination Machine: Laminating printables are a great way to make them last longer. If you are planning on laminating to make games reusable, be sure to get a bunch of dry erase markers as well.
  • Dry Erase Pockets: Dry erase pockets are a great alternative to using a lamination machine when wanting to make printable games and activities reusable.
  • Printer: A high quality printer is always recommended for the best results. If you are in need of a printer this Brother Wireless Printer is a great choice.
